Full House Flat Rate
If you want to get your whole house cleaned, this is the perfect service for you. Our prices depend on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your property and we will complete all the tasks as per our “what’s included” check list.
We also offer a number of additional services you can select during checkout.
If your home hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly for over a month, or if this is your first time hiring our service, please select “Spring Clean”, this is the most lengthy visit, bringing your home up to our standard of “clean”. After this initial facelift, we will be pleased to return on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or occasional basis. In order to keep your home and your wallet looking their best, we do offer loyal clients reduced rates for more frequent visits
Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate gives you the flexibility to choose what to include and where you want us to focus all of out attention. Our cleaners will do as much as they can during the time booked. This service is perfect if you want specific areas of your house cleaned or if you need additional assistance on your project. Please note, our cleaners will always prioritise completing the tasks at a high quality over rushing and trying to complete too much too quickly.
End of Lease
Moving out can be a stressful situation as it comes with the burden of packing, transporting and vacate cleaning. We help to eliminate the stress and labour by professionally cleaning the premises for you. All the work is completed according to our cleaning checklists to meet the expectations of the property manager, however, you can fully customise the service to meet your specific needs.
BOND BACK GUARANTEE
We provide a 100% Bond-back guarantee on all the Move-out cleans. If your agent is not fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the property, we will come back at no charge and rectify any issues.
We can also deal directly with your property manager on your behalf until they are fully satisfied.
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Having your carpets cleaned, really cleaned, by an experienced carpet cleaning company is a much better solution.
Pricing
Our pricing is simple, we charge $139 flat fee for a one bedroom, and $49 for each additional bedroom/room, that simple!
