Our End of Lease Cleaning is priced based on the type of property and a standard configuration of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 level and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. Additional rooms or features are calculated separately to give you a fair and accurate quote. Living rooms, studies, dining rooms, and other multi-purpose spaces are considered additional rooms.
Every quote includes the essential cleaning tasks most real estate agents expect, such as inside all cupboards, drawers, and the oven.
For furnished properties, our service also includes appliance cleaning like inside the fridge and/or dishwasher.
